- DesignIs the detailed design ready to build?We review electrical, civil and structural designs before works start, flagging inconsistencies, schedule risks and hidden costs. Every comment is tracked until it is closed.
- ConstructionIs the site really on the schedule and budget the EPC reports?Qualified professionals follow the site every day. We measure physical progress, verify quality and assess variations and claims against the contract. You get facts, not just the EPC's report.
- CommissioningWill the plant deliver what was contracted?We carry out and supervise cold and hot commissioning, performance tests and grid connection. Punch-list items are logged and chased until final acceptance and as-built handover.
